Rincon – Jerry Leroy Rivera, 45, passed away February 1, 2025.

The Oklahoma native was employed at Gulfstream over 25 years where he has made long lasting friendships.  He enjoyed coaching and mentoring young minds, and he was very community oriented.  He loved OU Football, gardening, and spending time with his family.  Jerry and his family celebrated their love through music.

Survivors include his wife, Natalie Rivera; children, Ian Rivera (Natalie) and Olivia Rivera; mother, Linda Tucker; father, Gerald Rivera; siblings, Tera Lyn Climer, Linda Marie Rivera, Cori Lyn Cozad; Josh Rivera, Malie Rivera, Aaron Rivera "Bubba", Sasha Killens, Jerry Arnold, Lucinda Haskin, and Gabriel Rivera; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be Monday, February 10, 2025 at Rincon Church of God with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. and service to follow at 3:00 p.m.
