Bloomingdale- Mr. Jesse Thomas Greenway, Sr., 73, died November 27 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The Emanuel County native retired from Union Camp after 32 years of service. He was a member of Alpha United Methodist Church. He also had coached softball and was an avid deer hunter, foxhound field trial judge, and director of several fox hunter associations.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn T. Greenway; children, Jesse Thomas Greenway, Jr. (Brenda), Pam Shuman (Bill), Kathleen Davis, Toni Greenway, and Sondra Sikes (John); grandsons, George Clifton and William Shuman; granddaughters, Brandi Cohrs, Lindsay Sikes, and Elizabeth Davis; 7 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Rufus F. Greenway, Jr., Virgil L. Greenway, and Paul E. Greenway; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 on Thursday in the funeral home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. on Friday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
