Bloomingdale-Mr. Jim Carnish, 68, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2009 at Memorial
Health University Medical Center.
Mr. Carnish was born in Macon to the late William A. & Nellie Z. Carnish. He served
his country in the U.S. Air Force and enjoyed cooking, traveling, fishing and spending
time outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Donna D. Carnish of Bloomingdale; children, Steve T.
Carnish (Lucivane P.) of Greensboro, NC and Kathy M. McRae of Ashboro, NC;
granddaughters, Skyler B. McRae of Ashboro, NC and Jennyfer; step-sons, Jason Lowery
(Judi) of Savannah and Shane Lowery of Pooler; step-daughters, Holly Brown of
Savannah and Lisa Stewart of Burlington, NC; eleven step-grandchildren; brothers,
Marvin Eugene Carnish (Betty Jo), Larry Wayne Carnish and Charles Alan Carnish
(deceased)(Carolyn); sister, Carolyn M. Purser and several nieces and nephews.
