James "Jim" Szokoly
Springfield- James "Jim" Szokoly, 53, died Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Ogeechee Area Hospice.
The Miami, Florida native was an EMT with Effingham County EMS. He was former owner of Rincon Printing Company, owner of Dixie Bee Minifarm, and loved blacksmithing.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Szokoly; sons, Andrew Szokoly (Jessica) and Daniel Szokoly (Amanda); step-daughter, Gayla Simmons (Bobby); grandson, Kolton Simmons; mother, Carol Szokoly; and brother, Steve Szokoly.
Visitation: 10-11 am Thursday, April 2, 2015 in the funeral home.
Memorial Service: 11 am Thursday, April 2, 2015 in the funeral home chapel.
Remembrances: Ogeechee Area Hospice, 200 Dunehoo St., Statesboro, GA 30458.
