Jimmi Daniels Taylor

Mrs. Jimmi Daniels Taylor, 85, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at her home.

Jimmi will be missed by her husband of 67 years, William K. Taylor, Sr.; son, Brian Keith Taylor; grandchildren, Logan Taylor, Grant Taylor, and Morgan Taylor; step-son, Ricky Taylor (Michelle); step-grandson, Richard Taylor (Misty); step-great-grandchildren, Kelsey Taylor and Hannah Taylor; nephews and nieces, Billy Brown, Billy Fortner, Ron Daniels (Laura), Andrea May (Jeff), Janine Hernandez, and Kim Neal (Reginald), as well as her wonderful extended family.

Jimmi was born in Emanuel County and grew up in Chatham County. She was preceded in death by a son, William K. Taylor, Jr.; parents, Ernest Eustice and Ruth Peebles Daniels; siblings, Ronald Daniels, Ernestine Daniels Rawlins, Gail Daniels Fowler, Annie Ruth Daniels Monroe, Elizabeth Daniels Griffin, and Linda Daniels Strozier. Jimmi was a member of Alpha Church in Bloomingdale, and had previously been employed at Great Dane Trailers, All-American Glass, Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, and The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum. She enjoyed shopping, supporting her husband during his drag racing days, being a member of the Red Hat Society, and a coordinator for SEGTA.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 12 noon until 1 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral to honor Jimmi’s life will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
