JoAnne Hodges Cadle
Port Wentworth – JoAnne Hodges Cadle, 82, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Landmark Hospital.
The Effingham County native was a retired teacher, having taught in Chatham and Effingham Counties. She also worked at Keller's Flea Market. She loved Alabama football and her dogs. She was a lifelong member of Newington Baptist Church.
JoAnne was preceded in death by her parents, John & Belle Hodges; and her son, Robbie Exley.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Cadle; a son, Eddie Hodges (Christy); several step-children; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 11 am Friday, August 1, 2025 at North Newington Baptist Church Cemetery.
