Mrs. Joe Ann Hughlon, age 56, of Rincon, passed away April 3, 2018. A native of Savannah, Joe is survived by her husband of over 17 years, James M. "Mike" Hughlon, of Rincon; daughter, Angela (Adam West) Crenshaw; son, Roger Hall, both of Springfield; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Scotty (Anna) Balph, of Pooler, GA; many nieces and nephews.
