Joe Tellez, 63, of Port Wentworth, GA, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Joe was born in Tucson, Arizona and was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph R. Tellez & Herminia Bejarano Tellez.  He was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and retired from the Savannah Sugar Refinery.

Survivors include his wife, Letecia Tellez; siblings, Yolanda (Raymond), Sylvia (Rick), Joe Gilbert (Majouba), Marc, Lupita (Robert, Jr.), and Mary (Erik), as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

The visitation and viewing will be on Saturday, August 21st from 2 until 4 p.m. at the funeral home with the funeral to follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  The family requests that all attending wear a mask.
