Joel Everett Moore
Clyo – Joel Everett Moore, 61, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
The Fitzgerald native attended First Baptist Church of Springfield. He was employed with Union Camp/International Paper for over 40 years and was a life member of the National Rifle Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Montine Barnett Moore.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Reiser Moore; sons, Bert and Trent Moore; sister, Julia (Phil)Wenzell of Marietta; nephews, Philip and John Wenzell.
Visitation will be 3 P.M. – 4 P.M. Sunday at First Baptist Church of Springfield followed by funeral services at 4 P.M.
Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
Remembrances may be given to First Baptist Church of Springfield Debt Relief Fund or God's Mission House, 1435 Hwy. 119 N., Springfield, GA 31329.
