John Ashley Beam, 7, of Pooler, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at his home.

Tenacious John endured a two year battle with neuroblastoma braving numerous rounds of chemotherapy, tumor resection surgery, tandem stem cell transplants, proton radiation, immunotherapy, and MIBG therapy.  Through all of these hard things, John remained stoic and hopeful.  He was the epitome of a good patient, a loving son, and an incredible brother.  We are so proud of him.

Survivors include his parents, Josh & Ashley Beam; brother, Ben Beam; grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Community Bible Church located at 1112 East 69 ^th Street in Savannah.
