Ellabell-John Raymond Cox died on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, Chad and Carrie Collins Cox; his sister, Brittany Cox; maternal grandparents, Don and Kathy Collins; paternal grandparents, Chis and Naomi Cox and Sherri Cox; maternal great-grandmother, Doris Allen; paternal great-grandparents, Carol Redwine, Cecil and Linda Cox and Margie Shelor; paternal great-great-grandmother, Sarah Post; maternal aunt and uncles with cousins, Ann and Barry Hallowell (Emily), Donna and Roger Price (Amelia and Collin), Ray and Alicia Collins (Ethan) and several great uncles, aunts and cousins.
The family will be having a private funeral for John Raymond.
