Guyton – John Stephen Heer, 62, died in a motorcycle accident on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

The Columbus, Ohio native was a RN at Candler Hospital. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Rincon and the Patriot Guard. John loved motorcycles and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Gracie Heer; daughter, Katherine Lorenz (Dylan); and grandchildren, Sawyer James Lorenz, Reid Emerson Lorenz and Millie Grace Lorenz.

Visitation will be 1 – 2 pm Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the funeral home.

Memorial Service: 2 pm Saturday, October 5, 2024 in the funeral home chapel.
