John F. Kessler, Jr.

Rincon- John F. Kessler, Jr., 64 died Monday, November 18, 2019 at Pruitt Health- Seaside.

The Chatham County native was a mechanic at Owens-Corning for 45 years and was a member of Red Dam Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Kessler; children, Danny Kessler (Melissa), Lucas Kessler (Courtney), Marcus Kessler, and Megan Thaxton (David); sisters, Erna Lindberg (Rick), Velma Hopper (W.H.), and Lynne Bethune; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 pm Thursday, November 21, 2019 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 2 pm Friday, November 22, 2019 at Red Dam Baptist Church in Hardeeville, SC.

Interment: Red Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
