Savannah, GA-John L. Martin, beloved husband of Janet L. Martin , died on March 26, 2014 at Hospice Savannah.

John was a U.S. Army veteran, born and raised in Frankfort, Kentucky, and was the son of the late James W. Martin and Deborah Parker Martin.

He was the devoted father of Jane M. Farrell, Stacy M. Mulcare and Michael S. Martin; Grandfather of Sarah Lewis, Tyler Lewis, Georgia Martin, Meghan Lewis Schowe and John Daniel Lewis; Father-in-law of Robert Farrell, Shay Mulcare and Jennifer Booher Martin.

The memorial service will be held at St. John's Church, Butler Road, in Glyndon, Maryland on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
