John Phillip Skinner "Phil", 65, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Phil was born in Savannah, Georgia and was preceded in death by his parents, J.B. and Josephine Skinner; his aunt, Doris Rachou; companion of 26 years, Perry Glen Cummings, and his husband, Mark Lilienfeld.  Phil was the co-owner/operator of Glen Phillips Salon and was a licensed realtor.  He was a shrewd business man, enjoyed animals, plants, and traveling.  He will be remembered for being kind-hearted, and for his sense of humor.

He will be missed by his brother, Jody Skinner (Roberto Anero), as well as many friends, including Robin and Tony Mclane.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Phil's life will be on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at The Catholic Cemetery located on Wheaton Street in Savannah.
