John J. Schueller, Jr., age 74, of Pooler, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2018 at Memorial University Hospital surrounded by family and the caring, professional & compassionate staff of the ICU stepdown unit.  John was an avid golfer and a member at Southbridge Golf Club.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John J. and Frances Schueller, Sr.; his first wife, Charlene Cheatham Schueller; and a brother, Terry Schueller.  Survivors include his wife, Susan P. Schueller, of Clayton, GA; daughter, Debra Robinson; granddaughters, Alexis Robinson and Kristen Robinson, all of Fredericksburg, VA; step-daughters Stephanie (Jeff) Thurow, of West End, NC, Jennifer (Jason) Sinquefield, of Phenix City, AL; step-children, Leigh Thurow and Carson Thurow, both of West End, N.C., Dalton Sinquefield and Olivia Sinquefield, both of Phenix City, AL; sisters, Diane (Jim) Carter, Kay (Gary) Smith; brothers, Robert (Lisa) Schueller, James (Liana) Schueller; sister-in-law, Gail Schueller, all of California; sister-in-law, Becky (Tom) Halpin, of Harrisburg, NC; many nieces and nephews.  A private memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to your favorite charity in John's name.
