Joseph Allen "Allen" Adams passed away in his home on November 26, 2018.

Allen was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. He was a graduate of Benedictine Military School. For the past 38 years he had worked for Gulfstream Aerospace, where for the past 20+ years he had worked as a RS Acft Composer Repair Tech Sr in the Structural Repair Shop. He was nicknamed "Big Al" by coworkers and well liked. Allen loved golf and anything involving the University of Georgia's football team, the Georgia Bulldogs. He never missed a game on Saturday. He spent years remodeling his childhood home and was very proud of this. He loved airplanes, his Siamese cat, Sugar, and being able to see and spend time with his grandchildren.

Allen was a great friend, hard worker, always open to listen and joke around with others, and loyal.

Allen is survived by his daughters Ashley and Caroline, his son, Dustin, his mother, Lucille, and his six grandchildren, Mason, Henry, Logan, Jack, Auburn, and Gunner. He is also survived by his fur-baby, Sugar.

A celebration of life will be held at his home of residence on December 8, 2018 at 4pm.
