Rincon- Joseph "Lil Joe" Fountain, 55, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

The Irwin County native was an owner/operator with Evans Delivery. Joe loved hunting with the Ruttin Buck Hunting Club, fishing and spending time with his grandbabies, Elizabeth and Lillian. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy & Kate Fountain; and his sister, Sheila Fountain.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Boyd Fountain; his children, Richard Smiley (Rachel), Terri Smiley (Ben Register), and Cortney Wilson (Justin); grandchildren, Kirsten Craig, Donovan Smiley, Keith Liverman, Jr., Logan Liverman, Elizabeth Ivy Wilson, and Lillian Wilson; and siblings, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation: 6 -8 pm Wednesday, September 22, 2021 in the funeral home.

Funeral and burial will be private.
