Joseph Vincent McAlister, Jr. "Jingles", 62, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021.

Vince was born in Savannah, GA and was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Vincent McAlister, Sr.  He was a Forklift Tech at Lift One and a member of Bible Baptist Church.  He loved music, especially playing the guitar and listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd.  He will be remembered as a hard-working, dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, his "Sunshine", Inez McAlister; children, Joseph Vincent McAlister, III, his wife, Jessica, and their sons, Jaxon Dillon McAlister, Samuel Hunter McAlister, and Cody Lee McAlister; grandsons, Christian Avery McAlister, and his mother, Candace Corns; his mother, Peggy McAlister; brother, Greg McAlister, his wife, Karen; sister, Julia Gerrad; mother of his children, Tracy Gordon; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The visitation and viewing will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Greenwich Cemetery.  All CDC and social distancing guidelines will be in place including the wearing of masks (Chatham County Mandate).
