Obituary
Savannah-Mrs. Joy V. Dinneweth, 83, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at her home.
Mrs. Joy was born in Murphy, NC to the late Jewell & Lilly Self. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Francis Dinneweth. She was a member of South Newington Baptist Church, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, quilting, and gardening.
Survivors include her children, Rick Stone (Tricia), Vivian Loesch (Ren Wells)(Phillip Henry), Brenda Seagraves (Barry), and Shannon Pucek (Ian); 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 5 sisters, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 12 noon on Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with visitation two hours prior to the funeral. Burial will follow at Daniel Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Steve McCoy will officiate.
