Obituary
Port Wentworth-Mrs. Joyce Louise Boykin, 88, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Mrs. Joyce was born in Savannah to the late George & Maude Nance. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Oscar H. Boykin. She was a member of Bonnybridge Baptist Church and had formerly been employed at Westview Nursing Home.
Survivors include her children, Brenda J. Boykin, Larry Boykin and his wife, Donnette, Peggy Weaver and her husband, Andy; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the funeral home.
Funeral: 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014 in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
