Joyce Crosby Smith

Marlow – Joyce Crosby Smith, also known fondly as Nama, 89, joined her husband Grady (Papa), in heaven on August 12, 2026.

Joyce was born April 9, 1937, to the late Lois Zittrauer Crosby and J.B. Crosby, Sr. She was also preceded in death by her five (5) sisters, Varnell Mincey, Victoria Clemmons, Rita Crosby, Louise Grovenstein and Jane Moore; three (3) brothers, Bruce Crosby, Donald Crosby, Wayne Crosby,and J.B. Crosby, Jr. Sisters-in-law, Melrose Mock, Annie LaFlamme, and Mary Whetsell.

She is survived by her children, Joseph (Joey) Smith (Kay), Donna Hull, and Robert (Rob) Smith. Her beloved grandsons, William (Will) Smith (Jennifer), Jed Smith (Michelle), Brooks Studier (Dennis), Nicolas Studier (Joyce), Robert Smith, Ryan Smith, and great grandchildren, Zachary Smith (Jenna), Logan Youmans, Ayden Smith, Cain Smith, Jackson Studier and Eliza Studier. Sisters, Vaughn Williams (G.W.), and Reba Bishop (Charles); sister-in-law, Robyn Crosby; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Marlow Cemetery with Rev. Larry Strickland officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
