Joyce W. Gordy, 83, died Thursday, June 15, 2017 at her home.
The Rogersville, TN native was a longtime member of Rincon Baptist Temple. She was preceded in death by her parents, L.D. and Rosa Hilton of Tennessee, 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Trueman T. Gordy; son, Scott Gordy (Bonnie); daughter, Stephanie Roberts (Richard); sister, Ival McMillan; two grandchildren, Scotty Gordy (Mandi) and Alaina Williams (Justin); four great-grandchildren, Trey, Michaela, MacKenzie, and Kaiden; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 10-11 am Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Rincon Baptist Temple.
Funeral: 11 am Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Rincon Baptist Temple.
Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens
