Mrs. Joyce C. Johnson, 85, of Port Wentworth, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at her home.

She was born in Savannah, Georgia and was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Eugene Johnson, a son, Alvin Eugene "Al" Johnson, Jr., and a grandson, Cheshier John Johnson.  She retired after 40 years from Savannah Christian Preparatory School and was a member of Chapel-In-The-Gardens Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two sons and two daughters-in-law, Chris and Kelly Johnson, Daniel Joseph Johnson, and Jenny Myers Johnson; grandchildren, Jason Johnson, Jesse Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Courtney Jordan, Taylor Johnson, and Dylan Johnson, as well as a number of great-grandchildren.

Joyce's wishes were to be cremated.
