Rincon – Joyce W. Kelley, 92, passed away March 10, 2022 at her residence.

The Alabama native was a member of Rincon United Methodist Church and a homemaker.  She was a very loving, generous, and sweet lady.  Her favorite phrase was "everybody love everybody".

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Sandy Kelley; and daughter, Robin Denise Kelley Harp.

Survivors include her children, Sherry Colbert, Charles Michael Kelley, and Donald Allen Kelley; 12 grandchildren, Tammy Colbert, Chris Colbert, Brandi Zimmerman, Heather Kelley, Brian Kelley, Christina McCarr, Matthew Rahn, Melissa Rahn, Alex Harp, Jerrica Hasting, Georgia Kelley, and Hillary Kelley; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Private memorial services will be held.
