Mrs. Joyce Karen Nelson

Savannah-Mrs. Joyce Karen Nelson, 67, died on Monday, April 14, 2008 at her home
after a four year battle with cancer.

Mrs. Nelson was born in Michigan and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by
her husband, David Kenneth Nelson and was a member of the First Assembly of God
Church. She enjoyed gardening and decorating.

Survivors include four daughters and a son-in-law, Cindy Sutherland, Beth Sutherland,
Brenda Terry and Robin & Pete Crivet, all of Michigan; three sons and daughters-in-law,
Jimmy & Melinda Sutherland, David & Tina Sutherland and Bobby & Deb Canfield, all
of Michigan; four sisters and two brothers-in-law; twenty grandchildren, fourteen
great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The memorial Service to honor Mrs. Nelson's life will be at 12 noon on Thursday, April
17, 2008 at the First Assembly of God Church in Savannah with Rev. Cecil Gray
officiating.
