Judith Olivia Hodges Sumner

Guyton- Judith Olivia Hodges Sumner, 76, died Friday, March 2, 2018.

The Savannah native was a homemaker and a member of the New Providence Baptist Church and the Koinonia Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Blanche Hodges; and her brothers, Little Bernard and Teddy Hodges.

She is survived by her husband, Ron W. Sumner; six children, Natalie & Ashley Rahn, Alan & Leigh Sumner, Deborah & Eurell Eubanks, Paul & Angie Sumner, Laura & Chuck Ellis, and Randy & Jamie Sumner; a sister, Pat H. Schwarz; 15 grandchildren; 8 plus 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 12:30 – 2 pm Monday, March 5, 2018 at New Providence Baptist Church.

Funeral: 2 pm Monday, March 5, 2018 at New Providence Baptist Church.

Burial: Effingham Memorial Gardens
