Heaven gained another beautiful angel, Judy Ann Kent, on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 after battling with pancreatic cancer.

Judy was born in Savannah, GA to William D. (Bill) & Lillian Ann Ray, Sr.  She enjoyed spending her January months at Tybee Island with her loving friend, Carol Lawson.  Watching the sun rise was her most favorite thing to do.  She retired from the Savannah Morning News after 31 years.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Anthony "Ricky" Kent; son, Kenneth A. Bibb, Jr. (Debra); granddaughters, Darrien Nichole Bibb and Emily Madison Bibb (Nathan); great-granddaughter, Aubriann Raygene Trudence Bibb, and newborn great-grandson, Dameon Ledger Lee Robinson; sister, Sandra Anderson; brother, William "David" Ray, several nieces, nephews, close family and friends.

The graveside funeral and burial will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 8, 2021 at Gravel Hill Cemetery on Highway 80 in Bloomingdale.
