Rincon – Julia Gertrude Mincey Haynes, 83, passed away December 29, 2022 at her residence.

The Bulloch County native resided in Rincon with her niece Marsha Everingham and her husband Dave Everingham.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all.  She was a member of the Eastern Star, a homemaker, and she loved to travel.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Rebecca Emmanuel Mincey; husband, Otto Edwin Haynes; and son, Glen Allen Haynes.

Survivors include her sons, Mark Edwin Haynes and wife, Christine Haynes and Daryl Patrick Haynes and wife Tez Haynes; grandchildren, Iris Benson and husband Troy Benson, Denise Haynes, Whitney Haynes, Madison K. Haynes, and Jordan A. Haynes; great-grandchildren, Alex Pratt, Marlie Benson, Kayleeann Olson, and Grayson Pate.
