Mrs. Julia Jacqueline Wilson Huey, 84, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

She was born on December 14, 1933 at Parris Island, SC.  She was the only child of Verner A. Wilson and Maggie Lee Stroud Wilson.  She was married to the late Harold E. Huey in March of 1952. Harold and Julia were Mission Service Corps Volunteers with the Dothan Baptist Convention for many years.

Survivors include four children, Clay and Sue Huey of Douglasville, Phil and Sue Ward of Pooler, Tim Huey of Douglasville and Becky Sochovka & T.J. Martin of Colorado Springs, CO and much loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The graveside funeral and burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 21 ^st at Westside Memorial Gardens on Adams Road in Bloomingdale.
