Mrs. Katherine E. White, 67, of Pooler, GA, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021 at her home.  Katherine was born in Atlanta and was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Allen Brown, and a step-brother, Kenny Ashman.  She was the valedictorian of the 1972 graduating class of Windsor Forest High School.  She had previously been employed in the lab at St. Joseph's Hospital and was a member of Coastal Cathedral Church of God.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Survivors include her husband, Gary H. White, Sr.; children, Alicia M. Walsh (Melissa), Gary H. White, Jr. (Chrissy); grandchildren, Courtney D. Davis (Trey), Camrey M. Buttersworth (Dalton), Angel White, Cody White, and Trenton White; great-grandchildren, Dawson Cooler, Skylar Davis, and Paisley Davis; father, Pastor Fred L. Brown (Anne); siblings, Fred L. Brown, Jr. (Cheryl), Pastor Tim Brown (Cheryl), Laura Thibodeaux, and Lisa Fonte, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.  The visitation will be on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 6 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home with the funeral to follow at 7 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  Thomas C.
