Kathie Bivens

Ms. Kathie Bivens, 83, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026 at Legacy of Savannah.

Kathie will be missed by her daughters, Kelsi Rodriguez and Trenny Bivens; grandchildren, Kaleigh Semco and Matthew Mattingly; great-grandchildren, Axyl Mattingly and Hailey Mattingly; sisters, Barb and Judi, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Kathie was born in Carthage, Missouri and had lived in Hope Mills, North Carolina before moving to Pooler three years ago. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey George Bent and Esther Wondrash Bent. She will be remembered for being a caring lady, loving animals and enjoying chocolate chip cookies.

Kathie’s wishes were to be cremated without a formal service.
