Obituary
Pooler-Mrs. Kathleen Wingate Conaway, 82, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Hospice Savannah.
Mrs. Kathleen was born in Savannah to the late Ottis & Katie Wingate. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was an avid tennis player, bowler, and softball player. She enjoyed traveling, camping, boating, and fishing. She was also a member of the AACA.
Survivors include her husband, Doy Conaway; son and daughter-in-law, Kerry & Beth Conaway; grandsons, Kyle Wingate Conaway and Evan Paul Conaway; sister, Nell Burnett, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Zion Lutheran Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Remembrances may be given to Zion Lutheran Church, 121 Noel C. Conaway Road, Guyton, GA 31312
