Mrs. Kathryn O. Duggar, 89, of Port Wentworth, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Hospice Savannah.

She was born in Rockingham, North Carolina to the late Edmond & Mabel Webster O'Tuel.  She was of the Methodist faith and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Jane Harper; two grandchildren, Ashley Dixon and Austin Dixon; great-granddaughter, Emma Andrews; sister, Irene Segars of North Carolina; great-niece, Heather Ferrell.
