Mrs. Kay F. Fields, age 67, of Guyton, passed away October 10, 2016. Kay is survived by her husband of over 39 years, Daniel R. Fields, of
Guyton; son, Carl F. Blevins, II, of Manchester; daughter, Sheila (husband, Andrew) Roberts, of Bloomingdale; step-daughter, Jennifer (husband, Brent) Evans, of Griffin; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
