Kay Dyer Gnann
Clyo – Kay Dyer Gnann, 57, passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at her residence.
The Chatham County native was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed gardening, canning, hunting, and fishing. She was preceded in death by her parents, William James Dyer, Sr. and Annie Mae Lanier Dyer; and husband, Tommy Gnann.
Survivors include her children, Katy G. Noble (Wendell) of Warner Robins, Thomas J. Gnann (Magan), and Patrick W. Gnann both of Clyo; grandson, Wendell Noble, III of Warner Robins; brother, William J. "Willie" Dyer, Jr. (Joy) of Tybee Island; sisters, Linda Hancock Dyer of Pooler, Julia Dyer Strickland (Larry) of Savannah, and Cindy Dyer Townsend (Gerald) of Springfield; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. Sunday with a Rosary service at 5:30 p.m. in the chapel.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Leon Walls, Sue Davis, Mandi Rowe, and Tammie Dixon for the care that was given to Kay.
