Kay Frawley Newsome
Clyo – Kay Frawley Newsome, 67, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 17, 2015.
The Chatham County native retired from Savannah Postal Credit Union and was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur W. Frawley and Geraldine Mingledorff Frawley.
Survivors include her sons, Larry Parr, Jr., James (Suzanne) Parr, and Paul Parr all of Clyo; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Arthur "Bubba" (Kay) Frawley, Lewis "Danny" Frawley; sisters, Sharon (Brian) Gunnell , Dawn Barras and Tony Barras who was like a brother; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Mizpah United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Remembrances may be given to Ogeechee Hospice, 200 Donehoo Street, Statesboro, GA 30458.
