Guyton – Kem D. Dugger, 69, passed away May 7, 2024 at his residence.

The Chatham County native retired from Insulators Local 96.  He loved music, was a history buff, and a very loving and supportive father and husband.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Helen Dugger; and nephew, Ricky "Buddy" Dugger.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Collins Dugger; daughters, Alicia Manross (David) and Sharon Wheaton (Bowie); grandchildren, Colin Manross and Catelin Manross; sister, Kathy Nunnally (Mike); brothers, Ricky Dugger and David Dugger; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2024 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment will follow in Bethesda Church at Midland Cemetery.
