Mr. Kenneth F. Cottros, 81, of Midway, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at his home.

He was born in Charlotte, NC to the late James & Mary Hegler Cottros.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Hall Cottros, and brothers, Dennis and David.  He retired from Oelschig Nursery.  He was known to have a "green thumb" and was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and shooting.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family.

Survivors include his children, Kenneth Cottros, Jr., Debra Cottros, and Gary Wayne Cottros; grandchildren, Eddie Thrower (Casi), Eric Thrower, Rachel Lee (Richard), Kenny Wayne Cottros, Christina Cottros, Tyler Cottros, and Lindsey Cardozea, as well as eight great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be on Sunday, December 13 ^th from 3 until 3:30 at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Brother Kenny Harrelson officiating.  Burial will follow at Douglas Cemetery.  All CDC and social distancing guidelines will be in place including the wearing of masks (Chatham County Mandate).
