Kenneth Wayne Dyson
Springfield – Kenneth Wayne Dyson, 51, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2012.
The Florida native was a longtime resident of Effingham County and a logger. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Edward Dyson.
Survivors include his children, Amy Weitman (Stephen) of Sylvania and Kenneth Wayne Dyson, II, (Heather) of Springfield; parents, Clyde and Ruby Dyson of Springfield; brother, Mike Dyson (Marla) of Rincon; sister, Barbara Oglesby (Bubba) of Springfield; grandchildren, Kaylee Marie Holland, Trent William MacRoy Weitman, Kelby Brant Dyson, and Kyler Drake Dyson; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Springfield Cemetery Annex.
