Kenneth Rouse "Ken" Lamb

Rincon – Kenneth Rouse “Ken” Lamb, 70, passed away January 22, 2026 at Effingham Hospital.

Ken retired from C.S.X. Railroad after 44 years where he was known as “Country”, he was also a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalman Union. He enjoyed fishing, cooking for his family, and watching football.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dodson Rouse Lamb and Kathryn White Lamb; and his brother, Donn Lamb.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Lamb; daughters, Helen Odom (Jimmy) and Jessica Whiten (Courtlan); grandchildren, Mary-Kate Odom, Brandon Odom, Robert Odom, and Charlotte Whiten; brother, Wallace Lamb (Betty McCall); sister-in-law, Shirley Lamb; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, January 31, 2026 at the funeral home followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
