Rincon - Kim Allen Rahn, 57, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, August 13, 2022.

An Effingham County native, Kim was a devoted spouse, loving father and cherished friend. After graduating from Effingham County High School in 1982, Kim led a 36-year career at EMD Electronics as a Production Supervisor. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, golf and was a proud Georgia Southern Dad. He was a member of the Springfield United Methodist Church and the Cowpen Branch Hunting Club.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Wendell and Nell Rahn and brother, Kirk Rahn.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Rebecca J. Rahn; children, Paige Rahn Rodriguez (Cesar), Payton Rahn, mother-in-law, Faith Jerald, aunt, Ann Graham (Ralph); sisters-in-law, Kimberly Rahn, Carol Daniel (Stewart), nephews and nieces, Jaime Rahn (Hayley, grand niece, Hadley), Jordan Rahn, Kassidy Rahn, CJ Daniel (Victoria, grand nephew, Hunter), Cory Daniel.

Visitation: 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Springfield Oaks Church.

Funeral: 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Springfield Oaks Church.

Interment: Springfield Cemetery Annex
