Kimberly "Kitty" Howell Sharpe

Kimberly “Kitty” Howell Sharpe, 64, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Memorial Hospital under Georgia Hospice Care.

Kitty will be missed by her children, Troy Howell (Lisa), Charles Sharpe, Georgia Sharpe, and Katie Austin (Tracy); grandchildren, Dylan Joyner, Joshua Desmitt, Hayden Desmitt, Michael Austin, Lily Joyner, and Rose Austin; mother, Betty Howell; siblings, Janelle Hancock (Carl), Russell Howell (Cindy), and Mona Fail (Kim); nieces and nephews, Jamie Craun, Betty Jean Lee, Steven Craun, Lori Ann McEwen, Christie Harris, Samantha Wells, and Brittany Fail.

Kitty was born in Quincy, Illinois and was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Sharpe and her father, Edward Howell. She will be remembered for being a great mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She enjoyed crocheting, as well as collecting angels and frogs and spending time with her family. Kitty’s favorite bible verse was Psalm 23. She will be missed, rest in peace Kitty.

The visitation will be on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 11 a.m. until 12 noon at the funeral home. The funeral to honor Kitty’s life will follow at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home.
