Kristy Lynn Pilgrim, 44, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025.

She is going to be missed by her husband, Jason B. Pilgrim; daughter, Rylee Pilgrim; son, Grant Pilgrim; mother, Letha Brazell (Gary); sister, Kari Jones (David); father-in-law and mother-in-law, David and Anita Pilgrim; sister-in-law, Pam Bowen; brother-in-law, Garrett Pilgrim; grandmother-in-law, Lavon Freeman; nephews, D.J. Jones and Reid Bowen.  She was preceded in death by her father, Randy Speir; her granny and grandfather, Emily and John Ward, and her memaw, Guin Speir.

Kristy was born in Savannah and received her Bachelor's degree in nursing, graduating Cum Laude, and was employed with St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital as a PCU Charge Nurse.  She won the prestigious Daisy Award in 2023 for her excellence in nursing, and being described by her patients and co-workers as being comforting, loving, and for putting others first.  She had formerly attended Compassion Christian Church and Islands Christian Church, volunteering at both.  Kristy is described as being full of life, joyful, caring, helpful, likeable, and loved.  She had an amazing sense of humor, and was a crazy soccer mom.  She will be remembered for loving all of her Labrador's, lighting up the room that she entered, making a positive impact, but most of all, for loving and trusting in the Lord.

The visitation will be on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 2 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Kristy's life will follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
