Mr. Lamar "P-nut" Castleberry, 61, of Meldrim, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Adel, GA to the late Alvin & Lyita Alberta Castleberry.  He was also preceded in death by brothers, A.J. Castleberry and Leon Castleberry.  He was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church.  He had formerly been employed at both a sod farm, and with Port City Logistics.  He enjoyed fishing and golfing, but most of all, being a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Castleberry; children, Mandy Castleberry Hulsey, Rebecca Edwards, Robert "Bo" Jones and Stephanie Neal; grandchildren, Ashlyn, Malaiah, Jacee, Eric and one on the way; brother, Ronald Castleberry; sister, Brenda Evans and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at Calvary Assembly of God located at 1007 U.S. Hwy. 80 in Pooler.  Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim.
