Savannah-Mr. Larry Roger Henry, 62 passed away on Monday, November 18, 2013.
Mr. Henry was born on April 1, 1951 in Swainsboro to the late Lloyd Lee Henry and Lessie Mae Tapley Henry. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and was an avid animal lover.
Survivors include his children, Rachel Henry Green, Sonja Ream, Dana Keener, Daniel Henry and Amy Harvey; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Charles Henry, Frankie Beasley, Wayne Tapley, Ginger May and Maxine Bennett; a number of nieces and nephews, including special ones, Karen Yalch, Laurie Neeley and Michael Hedges, Jr.
The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2013 in the chapel of the funeral home.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2013 in the chapel of the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Derrick Green, Joshua Hemmings, Jacob Hemmings, Chris Ison, Brian Neeley and Leroy Beasley.
The graveside funeral and burial will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Lamb Cemetery near Swainsboro.
