Obituary
GUYTON: Mr. Larry Joe Hyslop, Sr., 64, died Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Mr. Hyslop is preceded in death by his brother, Cecil Edward King and his sister, Dorothy Posey. He retired as an electrician from Pace Electric and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of thirty years, Carol Hyslop; children, David Owens, Larry Joe Hyslop, Jr., Mary Shannon Allen, Tammie Griffin (Jimmy) and Tina Renee Palmer; sister, Wanda Newman; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 41 Main St., Garden City, GA 31408.
