Mr. Larry Sikes, 74, of Ellabell, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at his home.

Larry was born in Chatham County to the late Fred Curtis Sikes and Rose Tillman Sikes.  He served his county in the United States Army and was formerly employed at Maxim Crane.  He enjoyed spending time at his pond.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Theresa Mathis Sikes; daughter, Gina Sikes; son, John Larry Sikes, Jr.; grandchildren, Mickey Allen Rhodes, II and Jordan Leo Poole; great-grandchildren, Paisley Rhodes and Ava Rhodes; brother, James Donald Sikes, and several nieces and nephews.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Larry's life will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens located at 315 Greenwich Road in Savannah.
