Faulkville - Laura G. "Gerry" Morris, 86, died Friday, December 7, 2012 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
The Treutlen County, GA native was a 67 year resident of Faulkville and a member of Faulkville Baptist Church. She and her husband owned several businesses in Faulkville, including LG's Clothing Outlet.
Survivors include her children, Eva Jean M. Hendrix (William) of Brooklet, Sherry Ann M. Harvey, Brenda G. Morris, Kenneth B. Morris, Kaye M. Shuman (Doug), all of Faulkville, and Faye M. Sanders (Ronnie) of Bulloch County; a sister, Kathleen Timberlake and a brother, Gary Mills (Maxine), both of Florida; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Saturday, December 8, 2012 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 2 pm Sunday, December 9, 2012 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim
