Laura Marrie Snellgrove, 46, of Brooklet, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at her home.

Laura was born in Toccoa, Georgia and lived in the Savannah area most of her life.  She attended Bible Baptist school and graduated from Savannah Christian in 1993.  Laura's father pastored Beth-El Alliance Church where Laura was a member for 40 years.  She was employed at Tico.  Laura loved purses and to be pampered, and loved humor, especially Robert's.

Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Madison New (Judah) and Natalie Buswell; parents, Rev. Michael F. Owens and Elaine J. Owens; brothers, Robert F. Owens and Lawrence Owens; nieces, Mia O'Neal and Peyton Owens, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The service to celebrate Laura's life will be on Tuesday, September 14 ^th at 1 p.m. at Bloomingdale Alliance Church located at 501 West U.S. Hwy 80.  The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m.
